How does the service work?

We have a simple four step process aimed to meet your needs:

Fill out your contact information on-line, or contact us via telephone/fax. All information is kept private and confidential.

2. Contact you
We will contact you to answer your query and make an appointment convenient to you. Prior to the visit we will send you a letter detailing the examination and any information we may require.

3. Visit
A comprehensive eye examination is performed by our registered, experienced optometrist using modern eye-testing equipment

4. Delivery
If you order spectacles we aim for a delivery date within 10 working days.
